Founder and Lead Practitioner

Aaron Weston Miller

Founder and Lead Practitioner with frontline youth justice experience, delivering trauma informed mentoring and early intervention support.

Aaron is a Founder and Lead Practitioner, with years of frontline experience supporting children and young people facing complex challenges. He has worked across youth justice and community settings, supporting young people living with trauma, exclusion, and multiple Adverse Childhood Experiences.

His approach is child first and trauma informed, built on trust, consistency, and relationships that do not disappear after a week. Aaron is experienced in engaging young people who are often labelled hard to reach, using clear boundaries, relatable delivery, and genuine care to create spaces where young people feel respected and listened to.

He has designed and delivered short courses, one day seminars, mentoring programmes, and longer interventions, with a focus on confidence, personal development, employability, and positive life choices. His work leans into early intervention and prevention, aiming for long term change rather than quick fixes.

Aaron also brings strength in programme development and partnership working, helping ensure delivery is engaging for young people while meeting the expectations of schools, local authorities, and funders. He co founded the organisation to close the gap between services and young people, building support that feels relevant, consistent, and grounded in real life.
